  • Walking into a new studio can feel like stepping into the unknown. At R3FORM LAB, the goal is to make your experience welcoming, supportive, and empowering from the moment you arrive.

  • No prior experience required. Each session is guided with precision—layered progressions designed so you can enter at your level and evolve safely through the method.

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit. This gives you time to settle in, familiarize yourself with the apparatus, and connect with your Chemist for support with any first-visit questions before class begins.

  • Street parking and paid lots are available in the surrounding area. Because of the downtown location near the stadium, conditions shift throughout the day.

  • That’s exactly where many start.You will be guided on how to customize your reformer, and given a crash course on movement structure so the system feels clear and contained from the beginning.

  • Yes. A restroom is available inside the studio.

  • Yes. An account is required to reserve sessions, manage scheduling, and receive studio updates.

  • R3FORM LAB is a newly opened studio, and exterior signage is currently in production. We are located at 660 9th Ave, 92101. A helpful landmark is the Radian condominium tower right across the street, with Elixir Spa as our neighboring business immediately to the left.
